Families with children, ages 5 to 18 years who are eligible for free or reduced-price lunches or families who have Husky A with income of 185% of the Federal Poverty Level or less, will be eligible for Summer EBT.
S-EBT cards will be mailed out and/or funds deposited starting in, late July 2024. They will be mailed throughout August and September. The latest benefits will go out September 23, 2024,
Mailed cards may take a few weeks to arrive due to the large number being printed. If a child qualifies for S-EBT, families will get a letter stating when the benefits will be available.

Families WILL NOT have to apply if they are eligible with the above guidelines and will automatically be enrolledHow Will I Get My S-EBT Card?Child currently gets SNAP or TFA benefits or got P-EBT benefits on an EBT card, benefits will be added to that EBT card. Child only has Medicaid, an S-EBT card will be sent in the Head of Household’s name to the address we have on file. Child is not currently on any DSS programs, an S-EBT card will be issued in the Head of Household or the child’s name to the address on file with their school. Child does not have a mailing address, the S-EBT card will be issued to their school. The school will notify family to pick up the card;SAVE THE CARD! EACH YEAR, S-EBT BENEFITS WILL GO ONTO THE SAME CARD!
