Center offers individuals returning home from incarceration information, referrals, and services such as basic needs, housing, substance abuse/mental health, medical, employment, and help with identification, to name a few. Computer and telephone access is also available.

Service agency works with adults and youth in Connecticut, supporting their transition from life in the criminal justice system to life in the community and the workforce. Programs include reentry services, holistic alternatives to incarceration, transitional housing, youth enrichment activities and residential treatment, and Prison Arts Program. Agency aims to ensure participants have the right to work; the right to an adequate standard of living including food, clothing, and housing; and the right to physical and mental health services.
