Court Service Center provides court information, and helps members of the public better understand court procedures, complete court forms, and notarizes legal documents free of charge. Public may use Service Center equipment, including computers, printers, internet access, coin-operated photocopiers, telephones, fax machine, and a typewriter.

Superior Court is the initial trial level for all actions in the State of Connecticut. Six principal trial divisions of the Superior Court are civil, criminal, family, juvenile, housing, and administrative appeals. Superior Court also hears small claims cases and motor vehicle violation cases. (See separate listings for Juvenile Matters.)
