Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for dually diagnosed individuals who would benefit from the structure of a program that meets several days per week. IOP program meets on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10am to 1pm and an evening IOP for those who work from 5-8pm. These groups are working with the individual to support their efforts to remain substance free. This program is often recommended as a step down from inpatient or residential treatment.

Outpatient behavioral health center provides comprehensive counseling services and crisis intervention, psychiatric care and case management, substance abuse treatment and prevention, dual diagnosis treatment, outreach to at-risk families, tobacco cessation services, and psychosocial rehabilitation programs for adults with chronic mental illness. Bridges is the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services Local Mental Health Authority for Milford, Orange, and West Haven. Licensed Primary Health Care provided by Optimus Healthcare are available one day per week. Health Education, Nutrition Counseling and Wellness Groups are also available.
