Dental health services offered to people ages 1+ include x-rays, cleaning, fillings, extractions, oral cancer screenings, dentures, pediatric dentistry and emergency dental care. Services are provided regardless of insurance status; however, patients may be billed if unable to pay at time of treatment.

Community health care facility offers primary outpatient care for children and adults, including medical, dental, mental health and family counseling, and social services. Satellite office offers primary outpatient care for children and adults only. Special programs include Ryan White funded mental health and substance abuse counseling, Homeless Health Care Program, an Elderly Outreach Program for older adults in public housing facilities in Hartford, and a school based health center at A.I. Prince Vocational High School.
