Continuum Recovery Services is a residential program that provides immediate and intensive clinical care, in a structured environment, for adults with mental health challenges. CRS offers multiple levels of care; from acute short-term residential care as an alternative to the emergency room or in-patient hospitalization to longer term supervised community living with case management and wraparound services. CRS treats individuals who are challenged with various mental illnesses and co-occurring substance use disorders, such as, anxiety disorders, mood disorders (major depression, bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation, etc.), thought disorders (schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder) and post-traumatic stress disorders.

Continuum of Care, Inc. provides comprehensive, community based housing, and support services, case management, in-home support, peer assistance, and outpatient clinical care for adults with mental illness, intellectual/developmental disabilities, including autism and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. Programs include licensed group homes, community housing for 24-hour supported living programs, 12-hour community-based supported living programs, crisis stabilization services, and independent living.
