Multiservice social service organization provides care, treatment and education for emotionally disturbed and delinquent youth and their families. CJR also offers community based programs in Danbury, Middletown, Meriden, New Britain, New Haven, Rockville, Manchester, Torrington and Waterbury. Further care is offered at group homes for transitional living in East Hartford and Winchester.
