Community-based alternative to incarceration provides intervention services for adults and youth ages 16 through 25 awaiting trial, on parole or probation. Program offers targeted interventions designed to help clients with substance abuse prevention, social skills, problem solving and job readiness. Program also includes participation in community service projects.
