INMATE TRUST FUND - CONNECTICUT

The Inmate Trust Fund is managed by the Conn. Department of Corrections in order to give relatives and friends of inmates a way to give money to an inmate, for use in the prison commissary. Only people on the inmate’s approved visitor list can send money to the fund. Funds must be sent by money order to the fund, and the funds will be credited to the inmate’s commissary account. For information about the fund, go to the Dept. Of Corrections website and click on the link for Inmate Trust Fund, or call the main number for DOC and ask to speak the administrator of Inmate Accounts.
