CONDOMINIUM COMPLAINTS

The information provided on the 211 eLibrary is for educational purposes only. It is not intended to be and should not be construed as legal advice.

With respect to condominiums and condominium associations, the State of Connecticut has not established any agency that would directly regulate condominium associations. In situations where a condominium unit owner has a dispute with the condominium association, the unit owner should seek legal counsel if he/she is unable to work out a resolution of the dispute with the association. Attorneys may ultimately take the dispute to court, if it cannot be resolved any other way.
